It actually arrived earlier than expected and Kayla was fast to let us know that it was in and set up a time to have it installed. The installer, Chase I believe, was actually early and wasted no time removing the old and setting up the new. I can't say enough nice things about how efficiently he went at it and how courteous he was the entire time. He was quick to point out the features that made this door a great product and assure me that we would notice a difference. When he finished he made certain that we knew everything was good and operational, packed up his tools, made sure that the area was even cleaner than when he arrived and was off.
